LifePet AI is a personal productivity application developed by Neos Vietnam International Co., Ltd. We are committed to handling your data with full transparency. This policy describes all data we access, why we access it, and how it is protected — including optional integrations such as Google Calendar.

LifePet AI's primary features include Calendar management, Notes, and Todo tracking, supported by an AI assistant. The app also includes casual mini-games as an entertainment add-on.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Neos Vietnam International values the personal information of every individual. This policy is established to:

Protect the personal information of LifePet AI users
Protect the personal information of company employees
Ensure transparency in all data handling related to users

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

LifePet AI does not collect, store, or process any of the following information:

Content of your conversations with the AI
Minigame usage history
IP address or device information
Location data
Tracking cookies or analytics technologies
Payment information
Any calendar event content beyond what is required to perform the specific action you requested within the app

3. Login via Google & Apple

LifePet AI uses Google (Sign in with Google) and Apple (Sign in with Apple) authentication services to verify user identity. This is the only login method available in the application. We only receive the following minimal information from Google or Apple:

A unique identifier (User ID) – to recognize your account
Display name – to personalize the interface
Email address – only used for communication when necessary (with Apple, you may choose to hide your email)

This information is strictly not shared with any third parties, not used to analyze user behavior, and we have no access to your Google/Apple password whatsoever.

The authentication process is handled entirely by Google and Apple. Please refer to their privacy policies:

3b. Google Calendar Integration (Optional Feature)

LifePet AI offers an optional Google Calendar integration to help users manage their schedule directly within the app. This feature is entirely opt-in — you must explicitly grant permission before any calendar access occurs.

What we access:
When you choose to connect Google Calendar, LifePet AI requests access using the OAuth 2.0 scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events to perform the following operations on your behalf:

READ events – Display your existing schedule within LifePet AI so the AI assistant can help you plan tasks and avoid scheduling conflicts
CREATE events – Add new calendar events you create inside LifePet AI (e.g., from an AI suggestion, from a Todo item, or manually)
EDIT events – Modify event details (time, title, description) for events you manage through the app
DELETE events – Remove events you no longer need, without leaving the app

Why calendar.readonly is insufficient:
LifePet AI's core value is two-way schedule management in one place. Read-only access (calendar.readonly) would prevent users from creating or editing events, making the feature only a passive viewer — not the active productivity tool the app is designed to be. The calendar.events scope provides exactly the minimum access required: manage events only, without access to calendar settings or other calendar metadata.

What we do NOT do:

We do not store your calendar data on our servers
We do not read events unrelated to actions you explicitly take in the app
We do not share your calendar data with any third party
We do not use calendar data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the action you requested

All calendar operations are performed in real-time via Google's API. No event content (titles, descriptions, times, or attendees) is transmitted to or retained on Neos Vietnam's infrastructure.

Revoking access:
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time via:

App Settings → Calendar → Disconnect
Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Revoking access will not affect your LifePet AI account or any locally stored data.

3c. AI Assistant and Google API Data — Limited Use Compliance

LifePet AI's AI assistant is powered by Google Gemini API (provided by Google LLC). The AI assistant may process calendar event data obtained via Google Calendar API solely to respond to the user's explicit request within the app (e.g., summarizing today's schedule when the user asks).

Compliance statement:
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, including Google Calendar, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

Google user data is only used to provide features directly requested by the user within the app
Google user data is never used to train AI or machine learning models
Google user data is never used to serve advertising
Google user data is never sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties for purposes unrelated to the user's request

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Some data may be stored directly on your device (local storage) to allow the application to run smoothly, including:

Notes and Todo items you create within the app
Calendar events synced for offline viewing
Interface preferences and minigame progress

This data exists only on your device, is not sent to our servers, and will be deleted when you uninstall the application.

5. Data Security Measures

Neos Vietnam International implements technical security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of information, including preventing unauthorized access that could cause loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of data. We also periodically review and improve our security systems based on internal audits and real-world security incidents in the industry.

Since login is handled by Google and Apple, all account security is managed by these two platforms. We recommend that you:

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Google or Apple account
Do not share your login credentials with others
Log out of LifePet AI when using a shared device

6. Legal Compliance

Neos Vietnam International complies with Vietnamese law and international standards on personal data protection. We continuously improve our management systems to maintain the best possible state and are ready to respond to all legitimate user requests within 7 business days.

7. User Age Requirement

LifePet AI is intended for users aged 18 and above. By logging in and using the application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover an account belonging to someone under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or delete that account immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

If there are significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. The new version will be published at: https://lifepetai.neoscorp.vn/
